Bunk bed for this bedroom: yay or nay?

Hi everyone! We have a bed-buying dilemma for our daughter's bedroom. As you can see from the photo, the bed orientation is right against the window – that's the only place to put the bed because the room is pretty small. We initially wanted a trundle bed, but we are now leaning towards getting a low bunk bed. (It's a future-proofing move, because we plan to have another kid. Teehee)
Do you think a bunk bed would work here? Your inputs will be greatly appreciated! :)
