Short Hallway

I've a very short hallway. Should i be using 1 LED downlight 12w OR 1 ceiling light?

    Hi Aarongja, Its not easy to answer your question. Is there any chance you could post a picture of this short hallway? A 12w LED light would be sufficient in my professional opinion but you might want to look at a more elegant ceiling light. What does the rest of your home look like and what have you done elsewhere?
