is the cement screed hard to mantain? is it true that 100% will crack?

    Hi Annie , there are 2 kinds of cement screeding in the market. The ones that you see in the pictures are done via the traditional way. which tends to cracks easier but having said that I would say most customer like the crack lines as it feel natural the set back is you will be to also leave with the dust. The second option would be a what we call stacco cement screeding. Which don't crack that easily and in return less dusty. Do let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you
