I really like the floating stair design - is the riser steel?

It looks like painted wood- could you please share how the treads were attached to the riser and if the riser if painted wood or steel?

    It’s a steel stringer and the treads have metal in them and are welded to the stringer. The wood wraps around the metal tread plate.

    What is the material used on the side panels? Safety glass? Acrylic?
