Machine at the corner

Just wondering, how does one access the machine in the corner? Does the front one have wheels/is it a portable one that can be moved?

    Hi there! To save space, the home owner actually got a Top Load Washing Machine, which she accesses her clothes in & out from the top. The Carpentry cabinet beside it is not movable. Only the 2 washing machines. :)
