Beside the sequence of events, you need to know the timeline as in how long for each stage. Start selecting your tiles and sanitary wares for your kitchen and toilets as it will take sometime to agree (I am assuming you have to discuss with your family) on the colors and design of the tiles, the type of taps, mixers etc. Also think about where you want to locate your switches and lightings. If you are getting refrigerator with auto ice maker, you need to decide the position as well so your contractor put a water and power point near it. All these take a lot time for decision when you have a few persons to discuss and decide. Dun get into a situation where your contractor tells you they are waiting for you to get to the next stage and put the delay to you and you will be forced to make hasty decisions. Sorry to say the designs are pretty poor. No disrespect. U right about the bath tub beside is not good. The beds and doors are positioned in “conflict”. Our climate and culture is different. No way a French architect can plan well for u. Perhaps the interior details (like color, texture, materials, etc) from the French architect is good.
