Hi! We are building a home and feel like we are getting screwed on Quartz. We got a quote for Viatera Calacatta Sol and it was $9k for countertops and backsplash, up $1000 in the last 2 weeks. Then we are looking at Silestone Calacatta Gold and and they said "it's very expensive and to go with Sol". We've never gotten a breakdown of price per square foot just a final cost of "everything including labor". Should we go outside our builder after close? Any other quartz options that are similar? We don't have the square footage to get other quotes but we feel like we are getting ripped off and taken advantage of. Thanks!
