Ideas to spruce up small old 2rm flat to include 2 more rooms?

Need to spruce up this old flat and get single flatmates.

Intend to add partitions to:

1. convert living room to another bedroom (has own window),

2. and to extension utility room in kitchen to a small bedroom (has own window).

Colour theme preferably in white, black, silver, gray, gold, blue (main or accents)

Usage of mirrors along main entrance to rooms to increase size of passage way

Usage of big mirrors in bedrooms (one feature wall?)to increase visual space of rooms

    While big mirrors are great for expanding space, I would recommend not fitting mirrors on walls in the bedroom. Maybe cupboards with some doors with mirror, or a large mirror.
