I need advice on paint colours for a landed property going for rental.

As owners of a little landed property which has recently been fixed and currently vacant, I needed a few suggestions on what colours would be ideal for the entire house which could attract renters like upper-middle income families.

    HI -- It would have been nice to have a photo of the house to go by . If you do a neutral color with dark accents , that tends to look more high end .
