upper coffee bar...shelves only
barrel in one area and detail in the other- we would look at barrel in foyer opening area and simple beams in GR
flat section trimmed in paint grade ?
simple dropped cross beam
suspension cables- too industrial ?? can we do in white with black for fresher visual
not in dark but great steps
Simple and clean , just a few beams , peak but still arch to the window
barrels are fun ... not so dark
centre over entire space and add sconces. Over stairs or entrance?
interior stairwell with a nicer look skylight ?
Not in woods, much lighter. I love the railing and the two posts on the catwalk to define the front entrance width in the great room area.
Love this but we could do it higher. I am not a fan of arch topped windows because window treatments are much more difficult. where the mullion crosses now anyway - lower cross beam can be curved to follow window and vault not as peaked so wont come down wall as far - not as dark
or use the cremone styling in some display in LR or in den library ??
2 tone cremone bolt at end of cabinets closest to the dining room to end cabinetry a little less "kitchen"- wine fridge under and glassware inside
could easily bring this little lifted flat room above a trim and have stucoo or siding down to brick and sill
flat roof, some textured shed roof extensions brick and some white KO stone mix
mixed material brick , stucco and siding ( not as industrial) works best of 3rd car garage is actually front den - that whole corner could be brick , then brick under sill at window on the left side which will be spare room
window with shed roof
black top edge and large cove for extended portico and cashmere and same thickness bit straighter as balance of the flat roofline
interior mixed with Gallagher
see box out den mixed with ironstone brick and stucco
flat roof but with textures of board and batten in cashmere color , cashmere and black windows, smoke top rail, extended front entry with either all brick or wood stained post on brick or panel base
grand classic image
add under soffit craftsman block trim
a little flatter roof will be needed but we can do the brick and stucco colors from the other house and make this work
details on ceiling to give the uplifted feel
mix of shake and stucco and brick with transom style windows may give similar flavour of finishes as the Lakeview home but incorporating the flat roof
not as solid but off master bedroom section of the deck
but one single instead of 2 double
or maybe master bath tub? smaller than thought originally - the round wont have long enough stems for foyer or stairwell as it can only hang an extra 4'9
