Lighting designer They know how to make the best use of the subtle and powerful medium of light by creating effects that can be changed at will to match the mood of the action. There is a variety of options in which lighting designers are used for example film, theater, residential or commercial places.
Model Builder They construct a physical scale model of someone else's artistic vision. Artists in this career field may work as freelancers under contract to one or several shows at a time, or may work with a resident theater company, a scenic design and construction company, or as an associate to one designer.
Product Design (coat hook) Product designers create new products to be sold to businesses to sell to the consumer world. The products they create have a functional use, safe and reliable to the consumer who buys it.
Furniture Design It deals with adding function and practicality to a space, but they also add style and personality. With a career in furniture design, most individuals will need to earn a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in furniture design.
Residential Design (bedroom) Residential designers combine technical skill and creativity to develop plans for homes that improve the levels of functionality, efficiency, comfort, and appearance. Residential design is closely related to architecture the difference is that a residential designer is not required to hold a license in his or her state of practice, but they can enhance their credentials with certification from the American Institute of Building Design (AIBD).
Architecture (The Piano House in Huainan, China resembles a guitar and piano) It deals with the process and the product of planning, designing, and constructing buildings and other physical structures. In order to become an architect you will have to earn a professional degree in architecture.
