Plants
Always a drama queen, Pride of Madeira sends out sublime giant lilac flower spikes. Foliage color and texture play a large part in this design. Here, the chartreuse blossoms of the Euphorbia characias play against the black rosettes of Aeonium arboretum 'Zwartkop', the spear-like leaves of the Echium candicans and the fleshy blue spikes of Senecio mandraliscae.
Leucospermum scarlet ribbons
There are 3 Husky Cherry Red tomato plants in that pot. They are planted in Miracle Grow Moisture control potting mix and fertilized with Dynamite. Be sure to use a huge pot with a trellis or obelisk to support the plant, and trim it if it gets wild-looking.

Thanks for the question. As you can see this is a pretty dense planting plan, but I will try to give you as many as I can. Starting in the planting bed in the right foreground: the evergreen shrubs against the house are Boxwoods, the white barked tree is a Betula papyrifera (white birch), the taller perennials around the birch are Solomon's Seal, the mid layer round leafed perennials are a mix of Hosta varieties, and the low border perennials are Alchemilla mollis (Lady's Mantle - the green leaves), and Ajuga reptans (Bugleweed - the purple leaves). The backdrop is a mixed evergreen hedge with several Thuja varieties (Arborvitaes). The planting bed in front includes Hydrangea 'Pee Gee' standards, Catmint, Ajuga, and Heuchera, mixed Roses, Salvia 'May Night', and Echinacea.

love purple flowers
It is Phyllostachys nigra Common name: "Black Bamboo"
like the palm tree
Chamaebatiaria mellifolium / fernbush
The tall tree is Hibiscus, it grows like a bush and has to be pruned into a tree. The spiky plant is bronze phormium, the little purple flowers are lobelia and they come in a range of blues, whites and purples, (a fav of mine), the pink and purple flowering plants at the back look like geraniums, the tall grass in the back is Japanese Silver (Miscanthus Rigoletto) from what I can see of it, and the bright yellow green bush in front, I don't know. We don't have that here in the bay.
