Our 50-year old house required structural upgrades of the posts and deck. Sean and his crew came in and assessed the situation, and then provided an extremely well-built replacement, including an expanded deck, and refurbishment of the old stucco gable with new shingles. We were extremely happy with the quality of the results and will hopefully be able to ask him back for future renovations inside the house.

Sean and the guys from IRC have done quite a few projects from our designs and their quality of workmanship and dedication to their clients is second to none. Their knowledge and experience has also been proven by their ability to complete projects while they meet their quoted prices, in the time estimated. There is a reason why these guys are booked so far in advance and are as busy as they are!
