If you’ve ever shopped at Red Dot Design Museum’s Market of Artists and Designers (MAAD), you’d be familiar with Singapore’s growing art, design and creative community. Since 2006, they’ve been setting up stalls at the Red Dot Design Museum in Tanjong Pagar about once a month to showcase and sell their handcrafted wares and innovative designs. For the two weekends during Singapore Design Week this year, MAAD brings some 50 local and regional makers to Marina Bay via the sustainable light art festival i Light Marina Bay.
