This classic cottage home plan offers maximum comfort for its economic design and narrow lot width. A cozy front porch invites relaxation, while twin dormers and a gabled garage provide substantial curb appeal. The foyer features a generous coat closet and a niche for displaying collectibles. The great room gains drama from two clerestory dormers and a balcony that overlooks the room from the second floor. With plenty of space for more than one cook, the kitchen services both dining room and great room with ease. Topped by an elegant tray ceiling, the home plan's first floor master suite enjoys a private bath and walk-in closet, while the upstairs bedrooms and bonus room share a hall bath with linen closet.

Hand-forged and pounded into perfection, these pine cones and bough provide just the accents needed to capture the eye. Acid brushing the copper pine needles gave them just the hint of patina they needed to take the finish to next level! Custom metal staircase stringers, handrails, balcony guardrails, and metal fabrication provided by; Todd Miller-blacksmith artisan. Great job!

This roomy balcony includes a kitchen ideal for any cook in the family, a dining area to enjoy all meals of the day and lots of seating to grant them comfort while enjoying the view of the lake. The space lets them enjoy the outdoors without having to deal with pesky mosquitoes. The manual wall screens were used for easy in and out of access while the motorized wall screens were used to close off the rest of the space for continual relaxation no matter the weather.

This stunning waterfront property in Annapolis was built to fulfill a newly retired couple’s vision of a dream home. After a complete gut from the ground up, our team finished a custom design and rebuild of this three-story home including a detached two-car garage on the property. The owners say two of their favorite parts of their new oasis is the natural light that comes through the many windows and of course, being able to enjoy their sailboat parked on the water just a few steps away. We were honored to win Best Exterior Use of Color for Baltimore Magazine's Home & Design Awards for this project!

Designed for good energy...
Our client was looking to create a space for retreat, tranquility, serenity. The existing space was somewhat funky without balance and made it difficult to feel good. Working within an existing courtyard space, we were limited. No matter, our goal was to remedy this
outdoor courtyard/sunset balcony space. Our idea
was to keep the space cozy but create destination
spaces where you can lay down in the grass and look
up at the stars. Walk bare foot atop the different
hardscape surfaces, reclaimed brick patio & walkway,
Silvermist flagstone, terra cotta tiles & tiffway
bermuda. The idea of sitting in front of a magical
rock island stone fireplace reading a book, sharing
conversation with family & friends gives us warm feelings. Bubbling water features dance through out this space creating sounds of trickling brooks you could only hear if you were in a far far away place. The courtyard walls disappear, with plants and trees wrapping there arms around our client while relaxing under a 45 year old ascalone olive tree. A healing garden was the finished product, so much, its a space that you don't ever want to leave....
