The colour combinations on this cottage are stunning ( Latte for the siding & Wrought Iron for the shakes)!! This cottage is done in Celect Cellular Composite Siding by Royal. Engineered to elevate your entire home (or cottage) exterior with gorgeous, virtually seamless looks, Celect is durable, virtually maintenance free and compatible with any home design! And the combination of horizontal, board and batten and shakes really had such great curb appeal!

We gave a fresh, new look to the Powder Room with crisp white painted wainscoting, and lovely gold leaf wallpaper. The Powder Room window was made to let the light in, and designed and built by Jonathan Clarren, master glass artist. Compositions like this come together by joining elements and accessories, both old and new. Craftsman Four Square, Seattle, WA, Belltown Design, Photography by Julie Mannell.

The nature influenced wallpaper adds an Art Nouveau style flair to this interior. With the rich jewel-tones creating the feeling of comfort and ease, this hi-lo mix of furnishings is a combination of both new and rare-find consignment pieces. The dark wood slat blinds marry well with this warm style, as well as as well as the beautiful, tufted, green velvet sectional creating an ideal place for entertaining and conversation. 18” adobe bricks serve as structure and interior/ exterior finish. The client requested that this ancient building material be updated to a modern aesthetic, so we designed using tall, narrow openings with steel lintels and left the natural, coarse texture. Antiques and art from the area (both old and new) are showcased throughout the property. Art niches made of steel are integrated into the adobe walls. Steven Meckler Photographer

Built in 1860 we designed this kitchen to have the conveniences of modern life with a sense of having it feel like it could be the original kitchen. White oak with clear coated herringbone oak floor and stained white oak cabinetry deliver the two tone feel.

The Home Office serves as a multi-purpose space for a desk as well as library. The built-in shelves and window seat make a cozy space (for the dog too!) with gorgeous blue finish on cabinetry, doors and trim. The french doors open to the Entry hall and Stair.

The builder we partnered with for this beauty original wanted to use his cabinet person (who builds and finishes on site) but the clients advocated for manufactured cabinets - and we agree with them! These homeowners were just wonderful to work with and wanted materials that were a little more "out of the box" than the standard "white kitchen" you see popping up everywhere today - and their dog, who came along to every meeting, agreed to something with longevity, and a good warranty! The cabinets are from WW Woods, their Eclipse (Frameless, Full Access) line in the Aspen door style - a shaker with a little detail. The perimeter kitchen and scullery cabinets are a Poplar wood with their Seagull stain finish, and the kitchen island is a Maple wood with their Soft White paint finish. The space itself was a little small, and they loved the cabinetry material, so we even paneled their built in refrigeration units to make the kitchen feel a little bigger. And the open shelving in the scullery acts as the perfect go-to pantry, without having to go through a ton of doors - it's just behind the hood wall!
