MainStreet Design BuildA revised window layout allowed us to create a separate toilet room and a large wet room, incorporating a 5′ x 5′ shower area with a built-in undermount air tub. The shower has every feature the homeowners wanted, including a large rain head, separate shower head and handheld for specific temperatures and multiple users. In lieu of a free-standing tub, the undermount installation created a clean built-in feel and gave the opportunity for extra features like the air bubble option and two custom niches.
G. Christianson Construction, Inc.Dark stone, custom cherry cabinetry, misty forest wallpaper, and a luxurious soaker tub mix together to create this spectacular primary bathroom. These returning clients came to us with a vision to transform their builder-grade bathroom into a showpiece, inspired in part by the Japanese garden and forest surrounding their home. Our designer, Anna, incorporated several accessibility-friendly features into the bathroom design; a zero-clearance shower entrance, a tiled shower bench, stylish grab bars, and a wide ledge for transitioning into the soaking tub. Our master cabinet maker and finish carpenters collaborated to create the handmade tapered legs of the cherry cabinets, a custom mirror frame, and new wood trim.
Eldorado StoneOyster - Cut Coarse Stone
Cut Coarse Stone is reminiscent of a saw-cut Turkish Limestone. The highly textural and yet contemporary linear-style installs with a clean, dry-stack application. This stone is the perfect scale for an efficient installation, appealing to both commercial and residential exteriors and interiors. The stones include three different heights of 3″, 6″ and 9″ and various lengths from 12″ to 24″. The muted color palette is indicative of natural limestone.

This asian influenced contemporary home features Quantum’s custom wood Euro Series Windows. Of particular architectural note are the custom Lift & Slide partition panels flanking the master bath. The pocketing window panels measure just under 5 feet tall and slide along tracks to disappear into the exterior walls. This configuration allows for a virtually unobstructed 10 foot opening with which the homeowners can experience the outdoors from within.
Leading into the dining room are a pair of 4 panel interior sliding doors. Mirroring these same panel specifications are the exterior doors. Here at the home’s main entrance are double Hinged doors inlaid with obscured glass and flanked with top awning architectural windows.

The Tranquility bathtub heating system was designed to eliminate the hot water adding hassle and maintain the water temperature at a constant 104F /40C (41-45C in Europe and other markets).
