Blöchle und Schwaller GbRDie Bepflanzung wurde nach dem Vorbild eines Kiesgartens durchgeführt. Dieser ist speziell für trockenheitsbevorzugende Pflanzen ausgerichtet. Auf ein abgemagertes Oberbodengemisch wird Kies als Deckschicht aufgetragen, um die Verdunstung zu reduzieren. Nach einem Jahr haben sich die Pflanzen den Raum schon sehr gut erobert.
