Rustic fire pit made of steel is placed within a stone circle, and set on crushed gravel. The area is backed up by a grapevine-covered trellis that holds a bench swing. A lime green painted adirondack chair and cobalt blue seating pillows add color accents.

The client wanted to use this terrace for entertainment. All we needed was a proper layout, lighting, make it fun and functional. Budget was a question so we avoided any contracting work, mixed affordable and expensive items. The outdoor barbecue existed, so I added in a firepit table, RGB led lighted planters and cube stools, purchased aluminum planters from CB2 and had it painted in red (the client likes warm colors), outdoor furnitures from CB2 and voila !! Oh of course let's not forget the pillows and throw.

This paver patio envelopes the pool area and is the foundation for this large outdoor kitchen and outdoor dining area. The sunken eating area creates a lovely separation between the diners and the chef. Or to keep the cook company there is plenty of room for a sitting area near the outdoor kitchen. The custom detail on the patio roof is a luxurious feel that can't be beat. The addition of pot lights and ceiling fans makes this outdoor dining room a lovely retreat any time day or night, summer or winter. The extra large wooden posts create a great masculine feel that is also very rustic. The outdoor kitchen features a wine fridge, gas grill, refrigerator and ice machine. With the stacked stone counter and an outdoor sink, this outdoor kitchen is the complete package.

The large rough cedar pergola provides a wonderful place for the homeowners to entertain guests. The decorative concrete patio used an integral color and release, was scored and then sealed with a glossy finish. There was plenty of seating designed into the patio space and custom cushions create a more comfortable seat along the fireplace.

Nestled into sloping topography, the design of this home allows privacy from the street while providing unique vistas throughout the house and to the surrounding hill country and downtown skyline. Layering rooms with each other as well as circulation galleries, insures seclusion while allowing stunning downtown views. The owners' goals of creating a home with a contemporary flow and finish while providing a warm setting for daily life was accomplished through mixing warm natural finishes such as stained wood with gray tones in concrete and local limestone. The home's program also hinged around using both passive and active green features. Sustainable elements include geothermal heating/cooling, rainwater harvesting, spray foam insulation, high efficiency glazing, recessing lower spaces into the hillside on the west side, and roof/overhang design to provide passive solar coverage of walls and windows. The resulting design is a sustainably balanced, visually pleasing home which reflects the lifestyle and needs of the clients.

This once modest beach cottage was slowly transformed over the years into a grand estate on one of the North Shore's best beaches. Siemasko + Verbridge designed a modest addition while reworking the entire floor plan to meet the needs of a large family.

The stylish contemporary design of this planter will fit perfectly in the home or outdoors on the patio.
It is rotational molded of a high quality polyethylene resin that is very weather resistant in all climates and is available in several fade resistant mat finish colors.
This is a commercial grade product that is almost break-proof when knocked. The color finish extends throughout the planter so it will not chip or peel and will not show a different color if scratched.
The inside of the planter has a molded basin for planting that is not removable. It comes without drainage holes but they can be easily drilled. A matching color saucer is also available.
An optional stainless steel mounting plate is also available. The plate attaches to the bottom of the table and can then be screwed to the floor surface. Floor mounting screws are not included.
