This 220 sqm penthouse on St John’s Wood High Street, set within a Grade I listed building overlooking Regent’s Park, was completely renovated and styled to bring new life into the space while honoring its historic character. The design embraced a boho-chic aesthetic with modern influences, combining textures, natural finishes, and eclectic accents. To brighten the interiors, which previously felt dark, we introduced colorful touches through textiles and accessories, while the flooring was sanded back and refinished in a lighter, more neutral tone, instantly creating a fresher, more open atmosphere.
