A small London garden fit for adults and children all year around. Designed and built by GreenlinesDesign Ltd

A small back garden, filled with lush planting, combining different foliage textures to create year-round interest with purple and yellow flower colour dominating. White flowers lift the shady space. Small trees add height to the planting and keep the eye focused within the garden, partially obscuring neighbours overlooking windows. Bi-fold doors open up the back of the house, bringing the outside in.

The shape of the lawn is organic and is in intended to detract from the formal shape of the garden.

The angled paving focusses the eye on the Buddha as well as making the garden look bigger.
The unique mural was also an inspiration for the colour scheme.

'A Cool Garden' was designed for a private client as the courtyard to sit in the middle of a new spa and leisure facility. It's style was based on the idea of an Arab Spa Garden with it's lush planting, the sound of running water, a sunken pool, oak decking, multiple benches and four large twisted hazel trees. It was first showcased at the RHS Hampton Court Flower Show in 2013 in which we were awarded a Gold Medal and Best In Category

This small garden was levelled with the kitchen to act as an extension of the living space. A tall raised planter was built for planting and as a backrest for the storage bench seat, used to store the homeowners sea kayak, ladders and garden tools.
