The large mud room on the way to out to the garage acts as the perfect dropping station for this busy family’s lifestyle and can be nicely hidden when necessary with a secret pocket door. Walls trimmed in vertical floor to ceiling planking and painted in a dark grey against the beautiful white trim of the cubbies make a casual and subdued atmosphere. Everything but formal, we chose old cast iron wall sconces and matching ceiling fixtures replicating an old barn style. The floors were carefully planned with a light grey tile, cut into 2 inch by 18” pieces and laid in a herringbone design adding so much character and design to this small, yet memorable room. Boudoir With the inspiration from a feeling in an inner room the pattern Boudoir now steps into our lives. The new pattern is a magnificent explosion of feelings with fruit and flourish where wide pears and enormous roses embraces our consciousness in a Lisa Bengtsson creation when it is at its best. With strokes from the art world, the fashion scene and the food trend, the impulses mixes up with the typical style for the successful designer. Enjoy big-flowered and frutiy creations of Boudoir—this time produced entirely in Lisa Bengtsson’s own brand. The products of Boudoir are: wallpaper, fabric, pillows, trays, lampshade, bag and postcards. Boudoir is available in three different color settings: mulit, pastel and apricot. Creative story to the pattern: Lovely, living, fruity and thriving. Live your life and into it diving. To withdraw to your inner space, let your feelings flourish and paint in your pace. Like a fly on the wall you can hear, feel the colours of your life and have no fear. Despite all living things takes its course, as fallen fruit, feel your force. However most important is, the bite of life’s all flavors you cannot miss. www.studiolisabengtsson.com
