The Wood is Cherry and it is a Beveled Frame and Panel Doorstyle with an Espresso Stain and with Stainless Steel Accents. Countertops are Delicate Taupe Granite. Backsplash is Sonoma Tile Slivers-Duo in Pewter. Floor is Columbia Hickory Hand-Scraped Hardwood in Canoe.

In the chef’s grade kitchen, a custom hand painted back splash created a graphically subtle backdrop that balanced the light and dark finishes in the room. Caesar Stone countertops were specified along with professional series Sub Zero and Viking stainless steel appliances.

The renovation made sense of the layout, and took full advantage of the captivating ocean views. The result is a harmonious blend of contemporary style with classic and sophisticated elements. The “empty nest” home is transformed into a welcoming sanctuary for the extended family of kids and grandkids.
