1. Hat rack If you’ve gathered a decent hat collection over the years, it’s a shame to leave it hiding away in a wardrobe. A few hooks set out along a blank wall can transform it into a functional display. The best part? Your fedoras, fascinators, boaters and berets will always keep their shape. Tip: This also works with flat, woven baskets. Ramp up the drama by first painting the wall in a dark shade such as Dulux Monument then any light highlights in the weaving will really pop.
