the bohemian kitchen of Gozan Interiors
This outdoor kitchen and screened porch has all that's needed in the South for a perfect entertainment scene. Located a few steps away from the much need pool, the kitchen is an umbrella shaped copper canopy with any cooks dream: oversized sink, dishwasher, ice maker, refrigerator and quartz eating bar. Two large storage carts on casters also house countertop burners for boiling. The grill is housed on a large cart on casters as well which allows proper cleaning of the deck underneath.

For relaxing and eating, the porch provides a place free of insects where a fire pit can warm the winter and can be converted to a tabletop in the summer. A TV hangs from the ceiling allowing ball games and music to be enjoyed while playing. Bamboo blinds were added for privacy or rain. Gloria is the perfect hostess and cook and makes you want to be a part of her family to enjoy it all

GM Construction, Inc.
This Hawaiian home takes nature to the interior by highlighting custom items like concrete bathtubs and sinks. The large, pocket doors create the walls to this home--walls that can be added and removed as desired. This Kukio home rests on the sunny side of the Big Island and serves as a perfect example of our style, blending the outdoors with the inside of a home.
Fivedot
A bungalow containing a bedroom, sitting room, kitchenette and two bathrooms. This project provides on site housing for the owner of a construction firm and guest quarters when he is not on site. The project uses thickened side walls and glazed end walls to blur the border between inside and outside. The large deck and overhanging roof allow outdoor enjoyment in the hot and wet climate of Costa Rica. Integrated stacked stone site walls tie the building into the site while the raised deck frames the expansive views down the valley.
Paradise Tiny Homes LLC
This tropical modern coastal Tiny Home is built on a trailer and is 8x24x14 feet. The blue exterior paint color is called cabana blue. The large circular window is quite the statement focal point for this how adding a ton of curb appeal. The round window is actually two round half-moon windows stuck together to form a circle. There is an indoor bar between the two windows to make the space more interactive and useful- important in a tiny home. There is also another interactive pass-through bar window on the deck leading to the kitchen making it essentially a wet bar. This window is mirrored with a second on the other side of the kitchen and the are actually repurposed french doors turned sideways. Even the front door is glass allowing for the maximum amount of light to brighten up this tiny home and make it feel spacious and open. This tiny home features a unique architectural design with curved ceiling beams and roofing, high vaulted ceilings, a tiled in shower with a skylight that points out over the tongue of the trailer saving space in the bathroom, and of course, the large bump-out circle window and awning window that provides dining spaces.
