School House Conversion . Marfa Texas
One of the special features of this conversion is that there is only one door, from the kitchen to the bathroom, which helps air circulation and keeps the house cool and fresh even at the height of summer. White is used throughout with flat venitian plaster, with an occasional accent of black, red and light brown.
