Stone Patio Behind Walk Out Basement. Integration with Natural Sloping Landscape. Stone Steps Laid Between Grass Area. Gently Sloping Grass Area Easy for Dogs to Run Down. Would Prefer if Fire Pit is Enclosed. Overall look of walkout portion of basement being independent of the patio so it all has it's own open feel. Stairs/slope from balcony/patio to the walkout area is great for dogs, us to enjoy the backyard area. Other elements we like: firepit, "wall" style edge to end of the walkout area. In the basement we want to plan for a media room, an office, a spa room and a workout room. The media room will be dark and windowless and can be under where the patio is now in this pic. The office and spa room should get light and can have western views. The rest of the basement can be a workout area with/without windows and utilities/unfinished aspects.
