We have created a beautiful atmosphere to start your day with a convenient, perfectly designed place for everything. Every detail has been thought of to help make your life luxuriously organized. These innovative and space-saving accessories are available exclusively to registered owners of Studio Becker wardrobes. A client favorite is our concealed, electronic safe that stores your precious items in a location known only by you as it is securely hidden within your wardrobe. The safe is integrated into the space and hidden within the design, with the location specific to each commission. Secure, yet so convenient. The Concealed Elevation System (CES) is another great way to secure valuables. In its raised position the CES offers full access to your valuables, and when lowered to its closed position it is essentially undetectable. Studio Becker watch winder cassettes are an optimal way to safely store your watches. They are handcrafted using our exclusive Alcantara material and renowned Wolf Designs provides the winder technology. Each cassette rotates 600 turns per day with options for clockwise, counter clockwise and bi-directional rotation followed by an 18 hour sleep phase.

The Master Dressing room in this Master Suite is the center space between the Bedroom and Bathroom/ Closet. Neutral paint colors in white, grey and espresso make up the color pallet. Shiny tile floors lead to plush carpeting as you enter this Master Closet. Designed with an island in the center of the closet, homeowners have easy, comfortable access to clothes and shoes. Closet organization is something San Diego Interior Designer Rebecca Robeson loves to design! "I pretty much imagine the homes I design are mine.... what would I want, I ask myself" This kind of personal attention to detail has made Robeson Design a much sought after Design Firm. An overstuffed, haphazard wardrobe or cabinet is the stuff of nightmares. How do you fish out your favourite top when it’s buried beneath a gazillion other items? Smart storage solutions, whether they’re in the form of a walk-in wardrobe, cabinet, cupboard or closet, are highly-sought after features in any home. They allow you to organise your space, so you can feel more calm and in control of your household. And while a walk-in wardrobe may not be feasible in every home, there are plenty of other storage options that can help you make the most of your space.

Browse the photos on Houzz for a wide variety of storage and wardrobe solutions, from wall units and shelving, to room dividers that double as storage; as well as more lavish options such as walk-in wardrobes boasting spinning shoe racks and display cases with lighting.

How many cabinets should a built-in wardrobe have?

The size of your built-in wardrobe should be largely dependant on how much hanging space you actually need. Just because you have a blank wall, for example, doesn’t mean it has to be filled with a large wardrobe. Position shelves above hanging space to be more ergonomic, and only add drawers if you plan on having an open wardrobe as this will add to the overall price. A dresser or chest of drawers is a better option for fold-away clothes, so long as you have the room. Shoe collections can also take up ample room in a built-in wardrobe, so consider a purpose-built cabinet or shoe rack instead.

How do I organise my wardrobe or cupboard?

With so many shoes, ties, clothes and bags to stash, wardrobe organisation is key. Use hooks, storage baskets, drawer partitions or dividers to keep your belongings in order. Storage baskets or plastic containers are great for storing things like belts and scarves, while shelf dividers can keep knits, jeans and shirts neatly packed away. Take pride in your shoe collection? Create a shoe storage display using a few strips of moulding mounted to the wall so you can hook your shoes. Similarly, an open robe can make your clothing a feature.

What extras can I include in my wardrobe design?

If you want a luxurious wardrobe, consider including a small sitting area with a window seat, storage ottoman, or lounge chair. You could also add a makeup vanity, complete with a jewellery box and makeup drawer. A viewing area with full-length mirrors will also make getting ready a breeze. Wardrobe lighting will bring the space to life – use display lighting to showcase your clothing, task lighting for functionality and mood lighting to set the scene.
