Terrace walk up apartment at Sing Avenue

Functional spaces such as the bedroom and study are tucked behind Birch plywood volumes at our recent fitout of a "1950s" terrace walk up apartment at Sing Avenue. The inside/outside duality is further empasized by letting in daylight into common living spaces via a roof skylight, and customized operable timber shutters which allow the regulation of light, airconditioning and natural ventilation between spaces.
