Coddington DesignThe living room is home to a custom, blush-velvet Chesterfield sofa and pale-pink silk drapes. The clear, waterfall coffee table was selected to keep the space open, while the Moroccan storage ottomans were used to store toys and provide additional seating.

VOH ArchitectsThe restoration of an 1899 Queen Anne design, with columns and double gallery added ca. 1910 to update the house in the Colonial Revival style with sweeping front and side porches up and downstairs, and a new carriage house apartment. All the rooms and ceilings are wallpapered, original oak trim is stained, restoration of original light fixtures and replacement of missing ones, short, sheer curtains and roller shades at the windows. The project included a small kitchen addition and master bath, and the attic was converted to a guest bedroom and bath.

SigmarThe main feature of the entrance is a vintage Thonet bench upholstered in a checkered black-and-white fabric.The walls are painted in Sure Grey from the Damo collection, available at Sigmar. The woodwork is Cocoa, also from Damo.
