お施主様のご希望も有り、生活臭が出ないよう、敢えて閉鎖的な外観としました。出入口は木製ドア１か所のみ、オートロック機構付きです。
夜も美しく見えるよう照明計画に配慮しました。
建て替え前の住宅は車の台数、在不在、自転車の台数、新聞を取りに行く姿も丸見え、道路側に在ったＤＫから会話や笑い声も丸聴こえの状態でした。
