Jo was fabulous. We recommended her to a client who had been to market twice & had spent in total around 2 years on the market with no success. After re-working the home, the furniture & micro managing tradespeople, we were able to sell the property for a great result in just over 3 weeks. Jo is a one-stop-shop, she designs, coordinates quotes, overlooks the works & ensures things are completed properly & organises furniture & styling. I had lived in my large family home for 22 years. The time had come to move on as the kids had grown up and I was working in another city. Jo project managed the process and was my essential ingredient in achieving my goals for the house. I wanted the best price and I wanted a quick sale.
