We are a family owned and operated company, based out of Key West, Florida. NEYRA Construction

We recently worked with A20 Architecture on two projects with the most recently being a major home remodel located on Julia Street in Bahama Village. They skillfully designed a new master suite, beautiful floating stair and laundry room addition to the home. They provided detailed drawings, accurate engineering, creative solutions and practical layouts. Aileen and Antonio are always pleasant to deal with and knowledgeable. We hired Aileen and Alex to design a covered porch. they responded to our call in a timely manner and met with us to assess our needs. They helped us understand the limitations our setting presented and drew up a plan. They follow up with several conference calls as we had to return North. They made recommendations for contractors and for materials appropriate for this climate. We were impressed with their professionalism and easy ways. And we love our new porch!

We worked with A2O Architecture to develop a site plan for a lot we had purchased in Key West. They were very responsive, even staying in contact while on vacation. They managed to figure out a way to get everything we wanted on a very small lot and were able to work from basically some ideas we had to a finished drawing ready for submission in less than two weeks. On top of that, they are VERY knowledgeable of all of the rules and regulations in Key West (City, FEMA, etc.) which is SO valuable when trying to do anything construction related here. They are very personable and a joy to work with. Highly recommended!

A2O was invaluable in the restoration of an historic Key West building for commercial use. Aileen’s design plan was tailored to my specific needs. The A2O team demonstrated extensive knowledge of local regulations and the restrictions imposed by virtue of being located in an historic zone. The team was able to come up with innovative solutions to operate a modern business within those restrictions. I would not hesitate to recommend them. The finished product was remarkable.
