We had an amazing experience with Academy. The process was smooth and transparent. They were fast, clean, and communicated with us every step of the way. Mary was a great project coordinator and a great listener. My husband is picky beyond belief but Dan addressed his (Minor) concerns with patience and professionalism. They treated my remodel as if it were a million dollar job. Best of all my kitchen is awesome.

I am very disappointed. Eric did the work on my laundry room upgrade and overall did a good job. He did have to keep leaving my job to go take care of things at other jobs. (I guess the other jobs were more important and he was the only person qualified to fix things.) Unfortunately, the things that weren't good, were pretty bad. One of the helpers caused a stain on a piece of the trim. Eric said he would clean it, but never did. He never came back. I asked what I should use, and used that product. The stain did not come all the way off. When I brought it to Mary's attention, she wrote a long description essentially placing the blame for the stain on me. (It is a "man sized" hand print) This was included with a sorry excuse for them not being able to get the manufacturer to replace a door that Eric had noted was warped. I was told I would have to try and get satisfaction from the manufacturer. I told Mary that the stain bothered me more than the "warped" door. Her solution was that I could pay $400.00 and they would come out and replace the stained piece. I wouldn't recommend them. Sorry.

Rich and his team did an excellent job on my full bathroom renovation. We do not live locally and his team provided us daily photo updates on the progress of the project. The project exceeded all of our expectations.

Academy did an whole house remodel for us in 2015. Being new to Florida we were/are "old school". It was frustrating searching to find a contractor who was respectful of listening to our ideas, wishes and wants and not just telling us what "they" were going to do, but Rich (owner) listened and gave us what we asked for. While we did not move walls we took a couple small ones out, put tile throughout the entire house making it look like a hardwood floor, gutted 3 full baths rebuilding them with glass showers by My Shower Doors and wall mount vanities. Shower tile looks great. Add in Diamond cabinets for kitchen and pantry with every base having rollouts and both upper cabinets as well as open shelves and granite. The place looks great! The job was affordable and reasonable without breaking us. Thank you. They finished the job very close to the original time frame so for that we are also grateful. In the 10 months since they finished I'm pleased to say we did not need to call them back to 'tweek anything' it's a job well done.

Academy installed new cabinets in my laundry room and updated the same in my kitchen. The quality of the Kitchen Craft cabinets is excellent ,and Rich Dantona the owner will make sure the job is completed to his customers satisfaction.
