Installation was quick and straightforward. No issues or problems. Very happy with the Lopi-Bershire gas stove. Provides sufficient heat and nice real-looking fire.

If you are looking for professional, knowledgeable, friendly, service, Scott's is the place to go. All staff have a respectful, caring attitude. Our fireplace was ordered December 22nd and installed on January 8th! Considering the Christmas holidays in between those dates, that was a very fast turn-around time. Right from the start of going into the showroom the great experience began. Grace at the store location was very attentive to our needs. She was very knowledgeable and took her time of showing us the various models of wood fired inserts. Grace continued to impress us as she was able to order our choice in a timely manner and surprise, surprise it came in earlier than expected so it could be installed before Christmas. The installation team were friendly and proficient, stopping at the end of the install to fully explain the features on how to use the wood fired insert efficiently. Fast, friendly and knowledgeable. So happy with my fireplace. I had originally started at another store and wasn’t getting any help and was totally fed up. Scott’s was recommended by a family friend and I am so glad to have gone to them. They were so courteous and helpful and knew just what I was looking for. Just great service from start to finish. Grace was super knowledgeable in helping us decide what we needed and wanted! The estimation process and installation went off without a hitch. The installers were super courteous and respectful in the way that they completed the job. We decided to contact Scotts since were were told by several friends that they were reliable and great to deal with. We were not disappointed. We would recommend them to anyone who needs a fireplace.

Our fireplace was not and easy job the chimney had to be refined and capped ,being an old stone fireplace the faceplate need to be custom cut and fitted . All of this was done efficiently and with no mess. The fireplace it’s self looks and runs fantastic.

A friend recommended Scott's to me and I am glad they did. Since they are located in an area unfamiliar to me, I did get lost trying to find them. So I called the store from my car and Grace did a wonderful job getting me to the store. Once there I found a friendly face who did a great job in helping me pick out a replacement for my old gas fireplace. There was no heavy handed 'sales pitch'. She explained all options clearly and let me make the decision on what I wanted without any pressure. The installation took place at a time which was convenient for me and all went smoothly. The installers were friendly and took the time to explain the remote control. They said they had to order the trim and would be back when it was ready. When they came back with the trim it did not fit quite right and instead of trying to make it fit, they took it away and had another one made. I am extremely pleased with Scott's Fireplace and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Grace was excellent in helping us select our electric fireplace and made the entire purchasing process easy and efficient. Fireplace looks great!
