I highly recommend Allison Jaffe. Easy to work with, keeps the design and decision process straight forward, and brings great ideas to the table while also incorporating our needs and desires. When the design phase was over and construction started, she was still involved checking fit and finish to ensure everything met both her standards and ours. The end result exceeded our expectations.

Allison simply has exquisite taste. Her emphasis on the design thread between rooms and throughout the house produces a sense of harmony and ease in your home. There's space to breathe in Allison's aesthetic. Allison is also wonderfully collaborative. If you have your own design opinions, as I did, working with Allison is a dream. It was great fun to work out the many, many decisions involved in furnishing new spaces, even during a pandemic. The design process was a partnership, and the results are really lovely. Allison also had the uncanny ability to hone in on exactly the feel of a room and make the vision happen. She is brilliant at creating an elegant yet comfortable feel.

I enjoyed working with Allison and her team to furnish a large home that we moved to in Summer 2019. Many of our furnishings were tired or old or not to the larger scale of the new-to-us home. So, Allison's challenges were to (1) work with my aesthetic while accommodating some of my husband's particular preferences; (2) fit in some existing pieces or family heirlooms; and (3) consider some of the home's existing architectural and decorating features. Not all elements were to Allison's own taste or "eye", perhaps, but she cheerfully accommodated everything we wanted to include. Allison also had to adjust her usual project timeline, because of our summer travel schedule, and because we'd need to have a few important pieces (like sofas and chairs) in place sooner, rather than later. We began in late May of 2019 and the last major piece of furniture - the dining table - was in place before Christmas, as I requested. Most of the custom furniture was in place by October. For me, the best part of the process was seeing Allison's recommendations on furnishing, fabrics, and finishes. I felt that she "got" what I was after. My least favorite had to do with space planning. It's my own weakness, and thus I did not have the vision to challenge or question some measurements. To that end, we had a few imperfections. But the overall look of the home is better than I could have imagined, and all the furniture is very comfortable, too. Thank you, Allison!

Allison has been wonderful to work with. She is extremely professional and knowledgable. She has an amazing eye and has helped us with not only with the beautiful design in our home, but securing the best vendors with electrical, painting, and additional work we've completed within the house. We are looking forward to our next project with Allison.

She had a great understanding not only of our needs, but was also able to "get" what we wanted, showing us ideas and samples that again and again were perfect. Allison is a bright and determined design professional. We hired Allison to assist with a make-over of our kitchen and some interior painting. Allison did a good job upfront understanding our design preferences, wants and budget. One of Allison's best assets is the portfolio of skilled contractors that she brings to the project. Being new to the Austin area this was critically important to us. Allison and her team are good communicators, project managers, and enjoyable to work with.

We hired Allison to help with interior design of our recently renovated house. As she put it we offered "a clean slate" opportunity. After 4 months of consultation she quit when HER contractor didn't show up... Naturally she blamed us for her contractor's no show

I can't say enough great things about Allison Jaffe! We began our remodeling journey with a Builder and brought in Allison to help with design and selecting finishes. Throughout this whole process Allison was the shining star. Unfortunately the Builders left a lot to be desired but lucky for us Allison was able to step in and see our project to completion. In hindsight I would have just hired Allison for the whole project. Not only is she extremely talented and creative but she makes it a point to have a high level of integrity in all her undertakings. Allison helped us make choices that rang true to our style but were also appropriate to achieve our vision. She made sure we were an active part of the design process till the end. She is a topnotch professional and is extremely efficient. If there is something that needs to be done, she gets on it right away. She is honest and communicated to us if she felt we needed to make changes. This saved us a lot of time and money. Allison Jaffe truly has a gift for design and is a pleasure to work with. I called Allison after finding several photos of her work online and falling in love with her designs. I set up a meeting after researching several designers, and definitely felt like we made the perfect fit for our vision & remodel journey. Allison presented us with several thoughtful, impeccably designed plans for our new master bathroom- with photos of bathrooms that matched our style and complimented the rest of our house. I also appreciated her expertise and leadership in planning- she tweaked some of my choices to blend in with the home- some of my splices would. Have been outdated in five years and she presented a nice blend of getting my (maybe) more trendy picks with a timeless design- all of it had a little soul to it, which in the end- was most important to me. I definitely recommend!!!!

I was in the middle of an ongoing remodel project and needed an interior designer. I found Allison in Houzz and the first thing that caught my eye were the pictures of a particular remodel she had done. These photos spoke my language and I knew then, I wanted to work with her. I contacted her and the journey began. Allison was extremely efficient, we had our first meeting at the house and she was able to envision exactly what I wanted. Next time we met, she presented me with a sample book and nailed it. She understood my vision, which is unusual. I was very impressed at her precision and creativity, her ability to get along and professionalism. We completed the remodel and I couldn't be happier with the results.
