After, two major successful projects with Alto team, it’s our pleasure to give five stars. We’d give six if we could. Whole house remodel with total transformation of the kitchen was our first project. Our second a few years later was an outdoor room addition (veranda). Alto provided inspiring design ideas, collaborative consulting, and outstanding project management. The team made the projects easy with pre selections, no surprise Billings, and proactive communication.

Architects Plus did a fantastic job with our historic renovation. The site presented the challenge of working within an existing footprint and required knitting together three existing buildings from the 1800s, with a total renovation, inside and out. Architects Plus helped us navigate contractor selection, the Historic Conservation Review Board process and the LEED for Homes certification process (ultimately achieving LEED Gold status). Architects Plus worked with us from initial schematic design through completion of construction, with a great attention to detail, solving issues before they became problems. They were extremely responsive and knowledge. We couldn't be happier with them or with the finished product.

Total house transformation!!! We have our dream home now -- on our dream lot. Architects Plus provided us so many innovative ideas to transform our house - lots of sunlight, views to the woods, special nooks, re layout of bedrooms, curb appeal, open floor plans. Architect Plus also maximized our time by handling all of the contractor quotes and bids. Andy then helped us cut the cost of the project nearly half through value-engineered approach. We ended up saving more than our total Architecture fees through their contractor selection process. They found us an absolutely amazing contractor who exceeded our expectations on quality and service. They helped manage the project to ensure all of the design intent was achieved. They helped us design the perfect house for us and found us a perfect contractor for us. Thank you Andy, Page, & Architect Plus Team - they did more than what you'd think an architect would do.

As a builder in Naples, Florida, we recommend Rick Koehler, Andy Schaub, and their team at Architects Plus to anyone in the Greater Cincinnati Area, as well as anyone who owns in Naples, Bonita Beach, or Marco Island, who wants to either design and build a custom home, or wants to remodel a luxury home or condo. They are always professional, resourceful and perhaps most important, good listeners. Why is good listening so important? Because turning a clients idea into a workable plan can be very tough, especially when the client doesn't know how to express what they want which is often the case.
