Ms. Hartung literally held my hand during the entire process of buying a first time home. She was concise, knowledgeable, and very professional. I felt, however, that I had a friend helping me through everything. She was never too busy to return my calls or send an encouraging e-mail.

Aly was our realtor, we relocated to Columbus and were not completely sure where we wanted to live. She is knowledgable about Columbus and the surrounding area and was comfortable in both metro and rural settings. It was helpful that Aly was able to be flexible and available at a variety of times to check out showings. She was always prepared with information, comparisons, and even a snow shovel when we needed it! She kept us "On Task" but did not push us and she helped us to define our preferences. We would definitely recommend you use her as your realtor.

Aly did a great job guiding us through the home buying process. Our home purchase hit a few snags along the way but she explained everything and put our minds at ease. We ended up with a lovely new home and couldn't be happier.
