Good Design is a craft and Anna nails it every time! We have been very lucky to have Anna working with us on her kitchen and bathroom projects and is amazing how a trained and talented eye can do on peoples homes. Her designs always makes our hearts so happy and seeing how satisfied customers are with the outcome is simply priceless. Anna understands the duty of creating a timeless design and we can't recommend her enough for any of your interior design needs. Expect nothing less than perfection from Anna!

We hired Anna through our contractor to design a kitchen/dining room remodel and she was absolutely amazing. She worked seamlessly with the contractor from start to finish. When we met her for the first time, she listened to all of our ideas and synthesized them into a couple of incredible designs that we could choose from. They both perfectly executed what we had imagined but couldn't see for ourselves until her renderings. Anna is incredibly talented, detail oriented, and an advocate for her client in every way. We are in love with our final product and incredibly grateful to have been introduced to Anna to help us through the entire process. I would (and have!) recommend Anna O Design to anyone looking for a beautiful new space.

We enjoyed working with Anna. She took our general ideas of making some improvements to multiple areas or our house and really brought them to life. We were able to give Anna a very general sense of the styles we liked and she came back with designs that fit us perfectly but were better than anything we could have picked/described ourselves. In the rare cases where we didn't love the first suggestion, Anna took the feedback and gave us a second choice even better than the first. Anna was very good at taking the lead but doing so without any ego or discouragement when we felt we needed a change. We are very happy with the final results and enjoyed the entire experience working with Anna.

Our refurbishment project consisted of a large, high ceilinged 1904 kitchen/living room space. In addition to this we had a small room with a bathroom attached – neither space had been touched in many, many years and both were dilapidated, dark and a tad depressing. We had a vision for the renovation of both spaces – kitchen/living room as well as small room and bathroom: a simple clean bright simple design so the essence of the elegance and integrity of the building itself would be showcased. When Anna came in for our initial consultation, she immediately recognized the period features of the house and how to integrate a contemporary living kitchen space that would complement the original design of the house. She immediately homed in on our thoughts and was quick to point out how our ideas could be improved upon. She listens! She has a great sense of proportion and style, and she was quick to identify what we wanted and what would work. She worked up 3 or 4 different designs for us and put them in a 3D format that we could readily envision. We always had a good laugh sitting around the kitchen table discussing plans – and experience has taught me that a sense of humor when renovating is essential! Wanting to maintain a tight budget (as we know from other projects unexpected costs inevitably pop up particularly with an older house), Anna worked with us to streamline our spending by using everything we could in our old space (upcycling bookshelves and cupboards etc.) while providing us with her contacts in the electrical/appliance world where we could decide what to spend on and what to cut back on with Anna’s special discounts. Anna researched every appliance and plumbing feature we bought; she would upload every item starting with a basic model all the way up to high end. As you can imagine, this work saved us hours of window-shopping and research. Design wise Anna has a great sense of balance for every space she works on: the kitchen triangle space was designed with functionality, utility and ease: I’ve never had so much headspace preparing food than I do now! The space is peaceful, ample yet functional. She ensured that our concerns for adequate storage were met by tucking in some extra cupboard space at the back of the island. She also ensured a sense of light, calm and flow throughout our living space. Practical advice on kitchen cabinets, floating shelves, discreet charging stations and ensuring that our hardwood floors were not stained too light (too modern a look for an older home) all provided for an effortless, reposeful visual field. My wife and I contacted Anna to redesign our 35-year-old bathroom. We had one consultation meeting to review with Anna the size of the room and our ideas. Anna got back to us on schedule with the first draft. We both were amazed with Anna’s creativity, and expertise. Anna incorporated our ideas, but also offered many unique possibilities. We worked on several options together before settling on the final design. We found it a pleasure working with Anna.

Anna is amazing. We hired her halfway through our major renovation to help us get to the finish line. We had designed the bulk of the project ourselves (without an architect or designer), and were working with great contractors, but we found ourselves in way over our heads when it came to choosing finishes, fixtures, furniture, and--there were so many decisions to make. Since we work full time and are NOT designers or architects, we were starting to fall apart. We really needed Anna's help. From the minute she joined our team, we felt calmer. She facilitated the complex processes with the contractors and provided us with excellent advice and expert opinions. She is an excellent listener and really paid attention to what we wanted. Her vision was clear and exactly in line with what we were looking to achieve. I truly do not know what we would have done without her!

Working with Anna has been and continues to be a most amazing experience. Building a house from another state can truly be a daunting task but Anna has made it most enjoyable and seamless. Her impeccable taste along with her attention to detail have allowed us to create some beautiful bathrooms, a most stunning light timeless kitchen along with numerous other aspects of the house. From helping us figure out railings to all the lighting fixtures, Anna has worked closely along side us and the builder to help decipher most of the important architectural and design aspects of the house. The concept boards she created have allowed us to have an insight into her vision and also gave us choices without over whelming us. Anna has truly helped us plan a most stunning space for the vision we had for our new home with our family. We couldn’t be more pleased.

As a furniture studio StudioRossi frequently works with interior designers. Collaborating with Anna O Design was easy and enjoyable. Anna's wealth of knowledge and experience allowed us to quickly understand her client's needs resulting in a great finished product. She thinks in creative ways to develop new solutions.
