About Us

anthony watson chartered architect is an established architectural practice based in Sunderland, Tyne and Wear. Founded by Anthony Watson in 1982 the practice has developed a wide client base and has acquired an extensive portfolio of projects. The practice is RIBA registered and is committed to delivering a quality service to its clients. A dedicated and multi-talented professional workforce comprising qualified architects, project managers and architectural technologists allow us to to provide a full RIBA service (Architectural services from Inception through to completion), master-planning and Interior Design. We also have an 'inhouse' GREEN TEAM who are licensed to carryout BREEAM and Code for Sustainable Homes (CfSH) Assessments. Our practice ethos is that each and every project is unique and to each and every project we commit a depth of skill and quality of design which is acknowledged through repeat client commission. This design quality runs across our experience of significant major projects we have completed within all sectors of a varied client base.
