Argent Advisors LLC through its affiliates (Park City LLC and Alta Apartments LLC) have owned and redeveloped more then 7 million square feet of commercial and residential properties over the past 15 years. On the residential side, Argent specializes in acquiring “sponsor units” throughout New York City. Over the past few years Argent has acquired more then 1,000 units throughout Manhattan, Queens and Brooklyn. These units are offered exclusively for sale on an individual basis as vacancies arrive. The firms hands-on approach to each property insures all buyers of our residences have an exceptional experience. All of our apartment renovations are carefully and tastefully executed with the highest craftsmanship.Argent Advisors LLC takes pride in the design and craftsmanship of all our residences. The process begins with a team of in-house designers; who through years of experience, design the best possible layout and select materials that best fit the interior space and location of the residence. The renovations are guided through from beginning to end, by a registered architect. Alta Apartments LLC adheres to all New York City building department regulations and stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of all our work. All designs exclusive to Brandon Teitelbaum and Argent Advisors LLC.

Argent Advisors and team are prompt, attentive and frankly amazing! They fulfill all requests at an impressive response rate and the quality of the work is always pleasing. The Argent Advisors team put in thoughtful detail to the design of our apartment. All the way from sink faucets to textures on the walls and light dimmers, they did a gorgeous job.

We have been lucky enough to be able to work together on 2 amazing NYC projects with team Argent. Not sure where to begin, their eye for detail is second to none along wit level of creativity they pour into each one of their projects. We have never worked with a real estate development team so obsessed over detail, and we love it. Its extremely motivating! We are humbled and excited to be a partner and look forward to many more years of successful business of building beautiful spaces together.

The Argent team renovated the apartment before our purchase and move-in. The apartment was picture perfect as see in the images with modern design and functional/durable finishes. Every person who visits the apartment always provides overwhelmingly positive feedback, including the four decorators we interviewed to furnish the apartment. The team has also been very generous fixing a few clean-up items after we moved in. Thanks to the team for all their hard work and superior outcome.

We have had a wonderful experience with Argent Advisors! We purchased a gut revovated 2 bedroom in Brooklyn from them last year. We knew we had to have the apartment when we saw the modern yet functional design. There was a tremendous amount of thought and smart design put into maximizing closets and storage, a must in NYC. Plus, the innovative changes that were made to the kitchen layout opened up the whole apartment. Besides the the positive design aspects Brandon and Justin were a pleasure to work with. They were professional, knowledgeable, excellent comunicators and were essential in navigating our board and new management company. Brandon has also been nice enough to follow up and answer some questions after we closed on our apartment. We really enjoyed working with Brandon and Justin and would not hesitate recommend them or to hire them directly in the future.

We purchased a gut renovated pre-war apartment from Argent Advisors. The apartment was fully turnkey and the kitchen is beautifully modern yet very functional. We cook almost every day and we have a lot of cooking supplies and were in need of a large and functional cabinet/pantry space. Everything in the kitchen fits our needs, from the functional design to the appliances to the amount of space available in the cabinets. The rest of our apartment is beautifully designed and finished as well...we have received many compliments from friends and family that have visited our apartment since we moved in. Brandon and Justin were a pleasure to work with and have continued to be responsive to our questions and needs since we closed on our apartment. This has been impressively helpful to us and we would highly recommend Argent Advisors for any renovation and/or design project.
