Arizona Fireplaces

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. We spent $15k on a fireplace from AF, which they installed incorrectly. After running it for the first time, a large black streak appeared across the front of the glass. Despite multiple calls and assurances that a supervisor would call me back, three weeks have passed without a response. I simply wanted a service technician to fix it before Christmas (which would have been over a month away), but I've been informed they can't fit us in for another two months due to their service team's backlog. Additionally, the customer service representative told me this issue is likely not going to be covered. I highly recommend finding another fireplace supplier.

Disappointed. I bought an electric fireplace that was defective from the start. The part was warrantied but I was charged for TWO service calls because they do not carry that part on their truck and had to come back. Initially was advised they would not charge for second service call since it was all part of one issue.

Got an idea we wanted a fireplace installed, found Arizona Fireplaces, went to the showroom, and Robert helped us right away and was very helpful. He suggested a contractor they work with, we called him, he came out gave us an estimate and we had our fireplace installed within a few weeks. We absolutely love the electric fireplace model we chose and love working with Arizona Fireplaces to get it done.
