AMAZING. Arman and the team repaired our hardwood floor, which was not installed correctly by the original installer. I was a bit concerned about how it would turn out since there were so many issues, but I'm thrilled to say that our floor looks fantastic now! There was so much work that they needed to do- boards removed, replaced cracked thresholds, etc., and the team handled it all. They took special care to ensure that our home was protected from dust and debris before starting the job and stuck to the schedule and price that they quoted. What's more, Arman even picked up and dropped off all of the material (wood) for us. Five stars all the way, look no further!

I had an EXCELLENT experience with Ark Flooring. Water damage to our apartment in San Francisco was significant and ARK flooring came in on very short notice, replaced our floor with a beautiful engineered hardwood. All moldings were replaced and the attention to detail was excellent. I didn't need to be there - they got it done. Ark was referred to me as the best in flooring - now I know why.

Arman and his team recently have done our floors 3 or 4 times now, in 2 different houses over 12 years. He is excellent, trustworthy, and always finishes the project on time (and even early). I wouldn't use anyone else, especially for more complicated stains.

ARC did a fantastic job. They did a extras such as cut down the kick plates on the kitchen cabinets, everything was spotless when they left.

Ark has been doing floor work for me for over 15 years, The work is always top notch. Recently they patched a floor after a wall was removed. They did an amazing job of making the patch blend in to the original.

I got introduced to Arman through my realtor who used him to install new floors at her house. She sang his praises, and after working with him I see why she was so enthusiastic. We didn't start the project knowing exactly what we wanted which was mostly our fault and it caused a lot of issues from the start with several change orders and changes in project scope. The back and forth would have destroyed most contractor/owner relationships, but Arman was incredibly/surprisingly patient through it all. He went above and beyond to make sure we would be happy with the end result despite the project taking prob 2x the time he thought it would at the beginning. Further my wife was at the house quite a bit while his crews were working and she found everyone to be helpful and pleasant. In terms of workmanship, the floors look great. He takes great care with the details which I respect. We would recommend Arman to anyone looking for a high end job.

I took a chance with Ark Hardwood Flooring purely based on other reviews, but Arman truly did a fantastic job at our new condo. We had older red oak floors that he stained to a modern gray and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. We had a tight timeline before we wanted to move in and a tight budget too, but he made it work. We were super impressed at the quality of his work and the attention to detail. I would love to work with Arman again in the future and would highly recommend him to anyone who asks too.

Ark Hardwood did an incredible job at my residence which we were improving for re-sell. Utilizing French Oak engineered hardwood they stabilized my existing 100 year old wood floors and floated the new flooring. Their attention to threshold detailing and clean trim re-install were expertly done. The job site stayed clean throughout, their schedule was aggressive and they met the budget and deadline. I would definitely have this team back again for the next project.

From start to finish, Arman was an absolute professional, paying attention to small details, checking-in frequently to share the project status, and he finished the project early. When I had questions, Arman responded quickly and addressed all my concerns. The installation of the final floor was top notch, and I'm so thankful to be enjoying a lovely floor - I have Arman to thank!

I can't say enough about Arman and Ark Flooring in regards to the job they did. They were on time, professional, courteous and hard working. From the first consultation and quote, to the follow-up after the project was complete, we felt like we were their only clients and were able to ask questions and get in touch with them any time of day. Their work is also VERY high quality. We paid a very fair price for a finished product that exceeded our expectations, which included a thorough sanding, filling of low spots and dings, stain and three coats of poly. Most places will give you the sanding job and two coats of poly for a similar price, at least based on the quotes we received. I don't think we will ever use another flooring contractor as long as we are in San Francisco! Thanks Arman! Our floors were stained Coffee Brown. The picture is after the first coat of poly, which is still wet, but the depth and richness of the color is clearly evident.

Ark Hardwood Flooring refinished the entire downstairs of my new home. They did an incredible job going above and beyond by replacing defective floorboard and touching up paint chips. Overall: quality work, strong communication skills, and reasonably priced.

He was clear with his scheduling and was on time and professional when he came to see the job. We had a patch up job on our floor that two other contractors over sold me on. Arman talked me through the options and suggested what he thought made the most sense for us. He and his crew came in and did the job exactly as he proposed it. Their work was extremely well done. And we did not have to finish the entire two rooms surrounding our patch up job like the other two contractors suggested. The floor looks absolutely perfect. You can't even tell there was a patch up job done. It's seamless with the rest of the floor., and the cost was appropriate to the job. Thank you Ark Hardwood
