Extremely disappointed in our customer service experience at Tyndall Furniture Galleries. We ordered a kitchen table and chairs that was considered a "custom" order as a result of the fabric chosen for the chairs. We were required to pay for our purchase in full at the time of order. After waiting 6 or more weeks to receive our order, we received chairs that were almost the height of the table. Obviously, this was not what we ordered or wanted. The delivery men contacted the store to discuss the issue and the salesperson they spoke with confirmed that they had ordered the wrong height chairs. We did not receive an apology or any offer of concession from the store given the length of time we had waited for our purchase. Consequently, we requested a full refund so we can make our next purchase from a more responsive and reputable store. We had planned on furnishing our whole home at Tyndall's but after this horrible experience, we will obviously be going elsewhere. Tyndall's needs to institute a second review process for custom orders to ensure these errors do not occur in the first place.

Very shady . They will sell you something that was returned from a customer that was used. Same thing with mattresses . Bad sales practices

My wife and I first shopped at Tyndall's about 14 years ago when we spotted a friend's furniture that had been replaced due to a fire. It was so elegant. Several years later we moved and wanted to get nice furniture. We arrived at the store and we were kindly greeted by a sales person that really made us feel at home. We were never rushed, and patience was the order of the day. This made for a very pleasant experience. The showroom was large, but they have access to so much more. In the last number of years they have added a huge additional showroom near Ft. Mill, SC. After 14 years nothing has changed. A few different people, but their business model remains the same: be kind, patient, and helpful. This time we purchased a sofa and bed. Same exact experience and this is why we will keep going back.
