Greg and the team at Atelier Bond were fantastic. We are so happy with the design of the home, it's incredible! Greg really took the time to sit with us in the early stages and discuss our wishlist for the house and question us on how we really wanted to use the space, making us rethink some of our original ideas. We loved the way he considered the summer and winter light, the design bringing lots of light in with amazing voids, two storey windows, and gardens for each of the spaces to overlook. His input in weekly site meetings was critical to the success of every detail of our home, again making sure that the original vision came to life. We highly recommend Greg and Atelier Bond to anyone looking to design an architectural home. We are enjoying every minute of our beautiful new space.

Greg and Ben listened to our brief thoroughly, understood what we needed and worked collaboratively with us throughout the process to deliver an absolutely amazing result. These guys know about light, modern family living and how to highlight original features without the house feeling like a museum. Atelier Bond inspired some amazing new spaces too and they feel light, bright and cosy at the same time as being extremely functional. 'We don't want a showroom house, we have three very active kids" was one of our briefs and while there is no denying that the house is stunningly beautiful & fresh, people feel welcomed and comfortable as soon as they walk through the door. Curved skylights in the bathrooms & a place for our large original chandelier are also some of the highlights for us. The outdoor sunken lounge is also so much better than we could have imagined. We have spent evenings outside marvelling at how much space we have to sit and chat and we are thrilled with how many people we can entertain. We no longer have to leave anyone off the guest list! There's a place for both the kids and adults so we can all be together due to the clever design by Atelier Bond. The entire process has been a pleasure from start to finish. We are so happy with our brand new, old house. Thank you to the team at AB. Because of you we have a home that is filled with joy, still boasts the original beauty almost 100 years later and is enabling us to make beautiful family memories every day.

Atelier Bond were attentive and skilled in executing a design for a large extension of our character home. The team invited us to save as many images of interest on Houzz as possible. We were very impressed with how our preferences were incorporated into a unique and tasteful design. Atelier Bond also prepared a detailed council application which passed through smoothly to keep the project on schedule.

I've had the pleasure of working with Greg and Ben from Atelier Bond on my kitchen project. I am grateful that they virtually 'saved' us from being stuck in a rut for 18 months not knowing how to progress with our design. We required someone who could decipher the very different visions that my husband and I had. We needed someone to extract what we desired but could not express. We had three previous designs drawn up by someone else but they weren't right. It seems incredible that Atelier Bond could readily deliver our brief so effortlessly. Our project involved combining two small and drastically different kitchens (side by side with a wall between them) to connect the two sides of the house and make it flow better. Each kitchen is joined to a different room that has very different elements and characters. It was no easy feat to marry so many opposing components but Ben and Greg pulled it off. We are very happy that Atelier Bond took the time to understand what we wanted and came up with a plan and 3D render that ended up being very close to the final outcome. They were very happy to answer all our questions without judgment or imposing their own taste. We couldn't thank them more for their vision, patience and sheer brilliance.

We engaged Atelier Bond for the renovation and addition works for our 1920s Bungalow and are thrilled with the results. We wanted the open living space to be light-filled throughout all seasons, and this is definitely a feature that everyone comments on when they enter our home. We had some initial ideas about the aesthetics however Greg was able to bring the ideas together and create a functional space for our family.

When we were looking for an architect to assist us with designing our new home in the Adelaide Hills, we sort word of mouth references for possible contenders. From the first meeting we could see that Greg was someone who could take our ideas and concepts and mold them into a product which functionally and creatively would meet our needs. Ours was no ordinary build. It incorporated many elements that needed to be sensitively joined together. Greg and the team at Atelier Bond providing an outstanding service. They took us through the full build process with a minimal of tension or concern. Greg was able to easily adapt ideas and take our thoughts without forcing us into anything we were not comfortable with. We engaged Atelier Bond for our recent renovation + addition project for our 1910 Victorian Villa. We wanted an addition that would suit our evolving family life which had fluid transition between the garden and outdoors, without intruding on the footprint of the existing 80's extension. We wanted natural light and a workable space for family living that had balance of keeping the character of the home whilst juxtaposed with a contemporary modern 'box'. Atelier Bond's design resulted a natural lit space that was a relatively minor footprint but had beautiful impact! It has a wonderful flow of living with essential areas, wet areas and the open living spaces all feeling 'connected' by open glass and views. Our experience with Atelier Bond has been easy and positive, clear and well managed. Greg's project administration was great and left us feeling like we could do this all over again! We're thrilled with our new space and the team that worked on it.

We would highly recommend Greg Bond as an architect. He designed an extension to our single fronted cottage and we are extremely happy with the result. We were introduced to Greg Bond by our builder who had a long standing relationship with Atelier Bond. We worked closely with Greg to design our new family home on a hilly parcel of land in Aldgate. The brief was to design a modern contemporary barn style farm house for our family of 5. Greg listened to our needs and designed a home that is exactly what we were after. The house sits perfectly on our 10 acre block facing North West to make the most of the sweeping Aldgate Valley views. Greg was responsive to our needs and willing to listen. The small design features that are present when you have it architecturally designed are evident throughout the home with the different uses of materials and the many different views from the expansive windows. Greg Bond is very approachable and we were able to work in a very collaborative way to get the design we wanted for our dream home. Now that we are actually living in the renovated house we really appreciate all the architectural details that Greg included .
