Atlantis Granite and Marble

We recently replaced all our bathroom and kitchen countertops and backsplashes. Our experience with Atlantis was great from beginning to completion. All our needs and expectations were met with a very professional team. We are very pleased with our new countertops and would use Atlantis again.

Working with Atlantis Granite & Marble was such a great experience. They made everything very easy with the coming to the house and doing the template to the installation. Everyone we dealt with was extremely professional and answered all of our questions and concerns. They installed a black pearl granite in our kitchen and our island and it looks amazing! We get so many compliments about how great it looks. Thank you so much we are very happy with the whole experience.

Mike, Casey, Diane, Canyon and everyone else were a pleasure to work with on our project. They were fantastic in helping us out when our project went slower than anticipated and were so quick to finish the project when we were ready to be under way. Working with Atlantis was an absolutely pleasant experience. Casey worked with me via email to provide a quote for the quartz I specified and was kind enough to suggest a nearly identical alternative that was almost $20/sf less expensive! A huge savings! The removal and install process was easy and our house was left very neat when everything was done. Their pricing, service, and quality of work will definitely have us coming back when we redo our bathrooms!

The experience was wonderful from the time we went to the showroom for product review & quotes to after installation when they followed-up to see how things went and how we felt. In our first visit we had lots of questions and a strict budget and they found a great solution and stayed past their closing time to help us. Once we decided on Atlantis, they provided us the location for us to view the full slab of the quartz we picked out . Atlantis also provides a new sink with the countertop and we wanted one that was deeper than what they usually include so they got what we wanted at no additional charge. We also needed low VOC materials so they provided low VOC caulking and adhesives at no extra charge. We had a hiccup that was our own issue but they worked around it very courteously and did not charge us extra. Since we were also getting a new floor in the kitchen, we were unsure if the dishwasher would fit under the new countertop at the current height. So, they came out and removed the countertop on a separate trip so we could adjust things accordingly before they installed the new countertop. They usually remove the old countertop the same day as installation of new countertop. The installers were very attentive and careful and did a great job. We had never been through this experience before and would highly recommend Atlantis for great price, great product, and outstanding service!!!

This was the first time I used Atlantis Granite and Marble. I used them for a master bath remodel. I reviewed quotes from several other companies and chose Atlantis after personally speaking with Mike and his staff. They did a great job on a difficult installation. They were always courteous and professional whenever I called. Their install crew was courteous as well. I will use them again for future installs.

I have never met a merchant that has impressed me more than Mike. He was not only a pleasure to do business with, but he went above and beyond to try to earn our business. When a slab was mislabeled by one of his suppliers, Mike searched all over Atlanta to obtain the pieces we were seeking. He found one slab locally and had another slab from the same bundle shipped from Alabama at his own expense. In addition, the fabrication and installation were done perfectly. All of his recommendations and suggestions were flawless. Our new kitchen looks amazing. Furthermore, Mike is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and honest, qualities that define his character.
