Purchased online. Product is faulty , covered under warranty for 12 months, despite this the company is refusing to replace damage parts. Very rude on the phone if you can even get through. Not worth the headache. Bad quality products and terrible staff who like to laugh over the phone when you say it's illegal. Fair trading claim lodged since they refuse to honour their warranty. Buyer beware
