Belman Homes

I would highly recommend Belman Homes. We bought a Belman condominium at Woodland Hills and are thoroughly pleased with the unit. We bought our condo prior to construction and Belman was willing to work with us on several changes. Having no model to see prior to construction, we are very pleased with the results and couldn't be happier. We were in contact with the contractor throughout the build and consulted on any changes.

I contracted a copy of the 2014 parade home. The build went well and the results are excellent. The home impresses all who visit. The contractors hired to build the home are skilled and the project manager is competent. He kept the job on schedule and was willing to accept input and corrected any oversights immediately. I give them a strong recommendation.

We have been nothing but overwhelmed with quality and customer service with Belman. Every step of the way they have been helpful, even to the point of saving us money! Not many companies have that kind of integrity. We were also very appreciative of our expediter, Gary. The guy was literally available to us 24/7. Overall wonderful experience!

We were originally looking to build with Belman, but had a change of plans when we found out we were expecting our second child. After looking around, we decided to purchase the available model within the same subdivision. The Belman team was able to accommodate this change effortlessly. We love our new home and couldn’t be more pleased with the quality.

Belman uses some of the best contractors, and therefore the quality of their homes is superior to most of their competitors. I wish they had made me aware how difficult my home site was going to be up front, however I am very happy with the final result.

When we were looking to build our home, we toured many model homes looking for the exact model to meet our needs. While we did not find an exact model we wanted to build from any builder, we were very impressed with the quality and attention to detail that the Belman Homes models exhibited. We approached Belman to create a plan to our specifications, and they came up with a perfect fit. Our experience with Belman Homes was excellent. Here are some quick reasons: 1) House was done just a bit ahead of schedule. 2) The quality of ALL the workmanship was outstanding. 3) The quality of the materials is also outstanding. You should see the woodwork. 4) Belman Homes was responsive about taking care of any issues that arise during constructions. This is the 2nd house we have built, and we know from past experience that there will always be an issue that pops up, what counts is that you have picked a builder that you trust to work with you on that issue. 5) the day to day dealing with our expeditor could not have been better. We always knew what work was happening, and what work was scheduled next. 6) The house is absolutely beautiful. If we build again, our 1st call would be to Belman Homes.

I am in my 80's and I recently built a home with Belman Homes. I chose to build a new house because I wanted to live in a home that made life easier and would continue to bring me happiness as I got older. The folks at Belman Homes helped me design a home that met my every need from flush entries, first floor living, wider doorways, lower cabinets, grab handles and even laundry baskets that passed from the master bath to the laundry room. The whole process of building was very exciting and the entire staff at Belman's from the sales staff to the expediter made me feel that my house was the most important job they had going. I doubt that I'll ever have to build again, but if I did I would call Belman Homes!

After all the builders we looked at, Belman was by far the best....hands down. If you are in the process of looking for a builder, I can't recommend Belman Homes more strongly (you won't be dissapointed). Amina

My name is Matt Heaton and I have provided Belman Homes with almost 100% of their architectural design needs and construction plans for the past 21 years. I have enjoyed my relationship with all the members of the Belman family and their staff they provide a quality home at a reasonable price. I enjoy working with them so much that they built my home in 2004 and my wife and I are still very happy with it. We do however look forward to going thru the building experience again in hopefully the near future and would only consider Belman Homes as the builder.
