I was fortunate enough to connect with Ben and his team 4-5 years ago and I've had the pleasure of working with him on several projects. After electing our move to Minneapolis, we contacted Ben for assistance in finding a home in the Uptown/Lake of the Isles area. We were in town from California for only a hand full of days and he lined up a number of showings that provided us with a nice idea of what different areas and property types were available. In addition, he arranged (on short notice) to show us some more unique properties we had been eyeing. He was always honest in his assessments of the homes (which included not only the pros but the cons). When it was time to make our decision, Ben was an excellent advocate, and easy to work with.
