Big Style Staging provides Home Staging Services in Broward County & surrounding areas. We offer HOME STAGING & REDESIGN SERVICES for Vacant & Occupied Residential Homes, Townhouses & Condos. Gina Gailing (Owner) is a Certified Interior Decorator and Accredited Home Staging Professional and has completed the most comprehensive Home Staging and Redesign Certification courses in the country provided by the Home Staging Resource. Gina’s BA in Graphic Design and over 20 years experience in Retail Design and Creative Direction along with her experience in Art Directing Photo Shoots for Retail Catalog Room Environments have given her the experience and ability that is necessary to create beautifully staged properties for Home Sellers, Builders and Investors. Her PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE and EXQUISITE TASTE for decorating properties naturally led her to Home Staging and Redesign. To date, each vacant property that Big Style Staging has staged has been under contract within 30 days and has garnished the highest neighborhood comps. Gina is also a proud member of RESA & ASHSR & WINNER Oof South Florida Kid’ Crown Award from 2014 for designing Children’s Room Interiors and her works were featured in the Fort Lauderdale Home show. Gina and her team staged my Fort Lauderdale condo in a building where several units were for sale. Her fantastic work separated my condo from the others and I was the first to sell as a result despite a higher price. Thank you Gina and the entire team.

Gina and her team are AMAZING!!! they came and staged our house and we were under contract in the same week!! I definitely recommend her and her team they did an excellent job and we were so happy with all of their services.. Fast and so responsive, Gina's eye for style had us WOWED the moment we walked through the door! She completely transformed our home into something, warm, cozy, stylish, elegant, and inviting! Her design goes unmatched! We will use her again in the future for sure!!! Thank you to Big Style Staging! THE BEST!!!!!!

This is the third time using Big Style Staging. I set the record for the highest recorded sales price in 2 different communities and one sold for full asking price! I know if I choose to sell the current unit that we just furnished (I'm living in this one) it will sell fast and make me a happy investor. Again! I'll upload pictures once I get my baseboards and doors in.

I could go on and on about my exceptionally positive experience with Gina and Big Style Staging. Reviews always make a difference to me when choosing who to work with so I feel compelled to write this in the hopes it will give someone else confidence in their final choice. Firstly, Gina is the consummate professional. Her communication throughout the process was timely & clear. She is enjoyable and easy to work with. She took a highly personalized approach to staging our vacant townhome and transformed it into a space that buyers connected with. We received 4 offers in the week following staging and accepted a full price offer. Prior to staging the home it had been on the market for over 50 days with a multitude of showings and not a single qualified offer. That says more than anything else I could add. Without hesitation I recommend staging your home with Gina and Big Style Staging.

As a real estate investor, staging a house to sell quickly is EXTREMELY important in my business. Gina was professional, knowledgeable, prompt and courteous! She does amazing work and I have already scheduled her for my next project. She will be my go to stager for all of my properties and I have recommended her several jobs already. I found Gina with Big Style Staging merely by accident. I was looking to help my grandmother sell her home that was very dated. Several interest people mentioned that everything was original and it was hard to imagine living in the home. Gina came in and Wowed me! She made the outdated look of my grandmothers home look new and fresh and livable! We have had a few offers on the home and I contribute that to her beautiful work!

Holy cow you should see what Gina did to my apartment! It feels like I'm staying in a hotel suite! Gina took the time to research the current trends and made my apartment look like the million dollar condo's next door. I researched other home staging companies online and it was the pictures I saw on her website and her personality that sold me. I don't consider myself a pro in real estate but I'm not new to the game either. I highly recommend Big Style Staging whether staging to sell or just looking to update the look of your home. I cannot say enough about how happy I am! I'll be listing my place for sale in the next few weeks and will update on how many showings I get and when I'm under contract.
